Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Each return request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.
